Eligibility for Diplomacy Fellowship

• Open to Southeast Asian climate leaders aged from 23-30 years old;
• Able to get a badge and funding to attend COP29 (or know how to hustle for it!);
• A strong leader committed to climate justice;
• Familiar with the UNFCCC processes and ready to tackle specific negotiation topics.
